Flat teeth are used as cutting teeth on augers, drilling buckets and CFA starter augers. The range of cutting teeth comprises several types for different areas of application.
The standard tooth FZ 54 for mounting on standard light-duty drilling tools in soft to medium hard soils. FZ 72 is the tooth for heavy-duty applications. (FZ 72 short version, tungsten carbide tipped; FZ 72 L long version without tungsten carbide inserts; FZ 72LH long version, tungsten carbide tipped primarily for application in abrasive soils). FZ 87 is the strongest tooth available for drilling large diameter holes and transferring high torques.
BFZ 80 is suitable for both soft soil and hard soil conditions. The tooth is fitted with 6 tungsten carbide inserts/tips which help to cut the hard soil with good efficiency. The total set consists of 4 items ie Tooth, holder, clamp & HT bolt.
TL18 and T25 are the most common piling teeth used for the piling buckets/augers. TL18 is generally used upto bucket/augers 750 mm while T25 is used for 800mm and above. The total set consists of 4 items i.e. Tooth, holder, pin/metal & rubber/lock. TL18 is small in size while T25 is bigger in size.
